I've presented to and interacted with a number of customers switching from WebSphere, JBoss, WebLogic and OC4J to GlassFish.<BR/><BR/>References from "small" customers are easier to get approved, check <A HREF="http://blogs.sun.com/Stories" REL="nofollow">here</A>.<BR/><BR/>References from bigger accounts usually have to go through internal approval processes, and that takes longer. No IBM coalition against MSFT, that is made up<BR/><BR/>2- always thought C# was great, it was the inspiration for a lot of "tag" driven development back in 2003-2004. <BR/><BR/>3- always was a fan of MSFT, didn't have a change of heart there :)<BR/><BR/>4- as francois pointed out, the original crew of G was ex-employees of JBoss. THey left because of a rift on stock (Dain), where they thought they were worth more and we didn't. I am always amused when I read IBM "who is more open" and I remember the origins of this mess. <BR/><BR/>Fun recap though. The problems just got bigger and the equilibrium between IBM, SUN and ORA may well change (BEA Is not a factor anymore) if Larry is persistent in breaking into OSS. <BR/><BR/>Finally, Bonjour francois, I hope the BUll/JBoss collaboration is going well.
